Sunsail Clubs give you the chance to raise your heart rate and have fun ashore as well as out on the water. With a wide range of inclusive group and individual health & fitness training activities run by our REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) accredited trainers who, along with our fitness kit and facilities, are there to help you unwind, enjoy yourself and revitalise your body in the sunshine.
We have a huge range of activities available to keep you fit too, from aqua aerobics, to pilates, yoga, legs, bums and tums, sailing warm-up sessions and volleyball – the list goes on. We have air-conditioned gyms with plenty of cardio vascular equipment and after a hard work out you can chill out by the pool or in the sauna.
Try something new, take part for fun or go full out on a choice of our health and fitness activities, the choice is yours how much you want to do and what pace.
