This picturesque area of Greece is fantastic for exploring and taking in the local atmosphere of nearby villages. Why not hire a care and visit nearby Astakos, Mitikas and Levkas. Levkas Town’s cosmopolitan atmosphere, bustling harbour, shops and street cafes are well worth a visit.
Vonitsa, a 20 minute taxi journey away, has a larger variety of shops and a picturesque Venetian fort with spectacular views across the Gulf.

Paleros
The close by Paleros Town is just a 10 minute coastal walk away from the Club and is very popular with our guests. The town has a number of small bars, shops and tavernas which leave you spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out on non-inclusive meal nights.
Lefkada Town
The capital of the island of Levkas, Levkada Town, is situated at the north end of the island and is connected to the mainland by a causeway. Two earthquakes in the first half of the 20th century meant that the town had to be partially rebuilt and it now offers an intriguing mixture of styles, including traditional narrow streets and timber, stone and corrugated iron houses. A busy harbour full of yachts offers a good choice of shops and bars, which means that this town is perfect for those who enjoy a more cosmopolitan atmosphere.
Nidri
On the coast road 15 kilometres south of Lefkada Town, this is a busy tourist resort with a pretty harbour from which boat trips can be taken to the Onassis’ island of Skorpios, Meganissi and the Inner Islands.
