Sitting on the edge of Datca’s shimmering bay, Perili has a distinctly Eastern flavour. Around every corner are enchanting courtyards, gardens and fountains and the accommodation is like an romantic fairytale village where every room is unique and ornately decorated.
Shaded pathways lead gently down to the almost perfectly circular bay, which has a headland at one end, a pinnacled island at the other and crystal clear waters right out into the middle. If you fancy a change of scenery you can find some fantastic off-road biking trails in the surrounding hills and mountains. And a cruise around the area’s countless picturesque bays is highly recommended. At the end of the day you can kick back, relax and watch the sun go down from the aptly named Sunset bar whilst sipping the odd cocktail or two.
