Example Sailing Route

Day 1 Arrive at the Sunsail Flotillas base, Orhaniye
You will start your Sunsail Flotillas experience from Orhaniye, an hour from Club Perili. This is a popular and picturesque unspoilt bay just 2 kilometres from the main village.

Day 2 Paradise Bay 10 miles 2hrs
Your Skipper will advise you on a variety of amazing places to sail to today before you finally moor up for the evening at the remote Paradise Bay. This beautiful bay, with its lazy lines and pretty jetty, is the setting for the Punch Party that your Lead Crew will organise for tonight.

Day 3 Ancient Loryma 14 miles 2-3hrs
South of the Bodrum peninsula, Loryma is perfect for a relaxing afternoon swimming, windsurfing or snorkelling and well-known for its amazing panoramic views – on a clear day you will be able to see Rhodes, which is 12 miles away.

Day 4 Bozburun 13 miles 2-3hrs
Truly Turkish experiences await at Bozburun, the small sponge fishing centre now known for its traditional wooden ‘Gulet’ boats. Gentlemen – this is the place to experience a real ‘close’ Turkish shave and massage.

Day 5 Free Sailing
Ask your Skipper for some of the not-to-bemissed highlights en route to your recommended overnight stop at Sogut. Sogut is a large, attractive bay that’s a very well-known snorkelling spot.

Day 6 Dirsek 10 miles 2hrs
This is an excellent place for swimming, snorkelling and generally chilling out, but those with a bit more energy can hike up from the restaurant and out of the village for some fabulous views of the area.

Day 7 Return to the Sunsail Flotillas base, orhaniye 10 miles 2hrs
Round off your flotilla experience in style and celebrate a week of fantastic sailing and swap stories with fellow guests at the farewell party at Orhaniye base.

Day 8 Departure day
Enjoy the morning in Orhaniye, take the short walk into the town and enjoy a leisurely lunch before you depart for your flight home.
