All of Phokaia’s 160 rooms have either a balcony or terrace and most offer spectacular views of the beach/sea, pool and/or gardens.

You can also download a site plan by clicking here , allowing you to choose your favourite room for just £49, just qoute the room number you want when you book.

Doubles/Twins
Double or twin beds. Some can take a Z bed or cot. Rooms with interconnecting doors or a sea view are available.
Minimum occupancy 2 people

Triple Rooms
1 double bed and 1 single bed or 3 single beds. Rooms with interconnecting doors or a sea view are available.
Minimum occupancy 2 people low/mid season, and 3 people high season.

Family Rooms
Located close to the swimming pool and within easy reach of all our facilities. Our family rooms offer a double bed and bunk beds, and terrace area overlooking the gardens with a view towards the sea.
Minimum occupancy 3 people. These rooms are all at ground level

One Bedroom Apartments
Located in the main hotel, our one-bedroom apartments comprise of one room with king size bed, separate living area with sofa bed and Jacuzzi bath.  Rooms can also be booked with a further interconnecting room with twin beds.  All have a balcony overlooking the pool with sea views.
Minimum occupancy 2 people low/mis season, and 3 people high season.

Villas
Our villas are located in the beautiful Club gardens, separate to the main accommodation and within close proximity to the beach, Kids' Clubs and tennis courts. Each villa has an enclosed terrace area overlooking the gardens and is set over two floors. Downstairs there is a living area with sofa bed, kitchenette, shower room and WC.  Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms – 1 Double, 1 Twin and separate bathroom. The double room also features a roof top balcony overlooking the bay.
