Over the course of the week the Cat Conversion Program will cover:

On land clinics: Practical techniques of tacking and gybing catamarans sail setting and manoeuvring. Righting a catamaran effectively, Man Over Board recovery. Trapeze skills, as crew and helm plus down wind sailing skills. Use of the spinnaker, applying the C.A.T. for maximum performance! Stepping into racing catamarans, where you need to be and how to do it.
On the water sessions: Hands on experience at putting all the above skills into practice supported by the coaching team.

The Advanced Clinics will cover:

On land: Demonstration and theory of rig and hull tuning for maximum performance. Sail setting, batten tension, rig compression, rudder alignment. Technical advice on where to start on the start line, how to best control a catamaran at low speed, effective methods of turning on the power when the start gun goes. First leg sailing skills, holding line, tactical advantage, attach and defend positions. Across the wind and down wind techniques and tactical skills. Mark-rounding the professional way, keeping out of trouble and finding the advantage.
On the water sessions: Around the course techniques working with the coaches to develop skills in adjusting the boat set up for maximum performance. First leg sailing skills put into practice, alongside mini races and holding line exercises.

PLUS Blaster sessions: The chance to sail with the experts and have the sail of your life, on the wire, up in the air in total control.
