Choose from sailing and windsurfing coaching led by female instructors, as well as pilates, yoga, mountain biking, tennis, spa, massage, fitness and health. - Ladies Self Defence sessions – with Richard Hamilton, an interactive and fun class covering mental awareness and attitude, stance, strikes, grip and release manoeuvres and using your body weight to your advantage.
- Ladies Yoga sessions – with Diane Lee, Hatha yoga is a union of the body and mind and these sessions with concentrate on postures, breathing and concentration techniques to provide a positive mental focus and body flexibility.
