Croatia Flotilla Sailing Holidays

Sailing levels 1-2

The Adriatic coast of Croatia is known as 'The Coast of A Thousand Islands' and its idyllic sailing conditions and easy line-of-sight navigation mean that it has long been a favourite flotilla holiday destination. This historic coastline has it all: majestic walled cities with Medieval cobbled streets, ancient ruins, romantic cities, vineyard-covered hillsides and national parks offering pine forests with deserted coves and crystal clear turquoise waters – one stunning sight after another.

Whether you are looking for the culture, history and wonderful architecture of a cosmopolitan city as well as the best of the Adriatic’s sandy beaches from Dubrovnik, or the tiny island towns, modern marinas and Krka Waterfalls or Kornati Islands National Parks within Agana sailing area, you won't be disappointed.

Whichever starting point you choose for your Croatia flotilla sailing holiday, you will find superb sailing conditions in stunning surroundings, reliable winds, pristine seas, excellent food, a sunny Mediterranean climate and a welcome to match.

Please not that Croatian authorities require an ICC (International Certificate of Competence) or RYA Day Skipper licence as a minimum to sail in these areas and please make sure that you take your certificates with you to support the police authority paperwork which is issued locally. If you do not have the required certificates, please visit our Sailing School pages or Flotilla Hero course available from our Agana base to see how we can help you to qualify to sail here.
