Overview - Give us a summary of your time with Sunsail?

I have been sailing with Flotillas and bareboating with Sunsail for over 20 years and have never been disappointed.

Is there anything else you would like to share?

Compared with other sail chartering companies,( and I have sailed with three or four).The Sunsail staff and Flotilla leaders and hostesses as well as the folk in the office, have always been of the highest professional standard.

Yachts - What was the best thing about your yacht?

Each time I have been on a flotilla or bareboat the yacht has been clean and sometimes brand new! As modern gadgets such as GPS and VHF have come in, the yacht has aalways been equipped with up-to-date gear. In the Med the Bimini and ability to eat in the cockpit has also been a plus. the efficient fridge made life very comfortable I have never had any engine trouble, the maintenance is excellent. The Dubrovik yacht had an extra large heads and shower instead of a third cabin which the three of us appreciated greatly.

Tips - Do you have any advice for fellow Sunsail guests visiting this destination?

Travel lightly, Use the beautifully kept shore loos and power showers. The Croatians excel with their modern facilities. Learn some basic Croatian, which although not essential, will make your relations with the Croatians even more fun and friendly.

Highlights - What were the most memorable experiences of your holiday and where on your itinerary did they happen?

The kindness of Peter, Gill and Oliver the leaders, and their creative hospitality and inventiveness! The beautiful quiet and intimacy of all the small ports and bays we visited, and the amazing excitement of the old towns of Dubrovnik and Korcula.
