What is included in the price of your Flotilla holiday?

• Flights and transfers where stated as included (except UK regional flight supplements)
• Fully equipped cruising yacht for the duration of your holiday (all sailing, navigation and safety equipment)
• Yacht Damage Waiver

• Support and service of Sunsail lead boat and crew
• Breakfast on first morning

• All clean linen including tea towels and bath towels

• Dinghy Tender (Outboard engine is also included on Caribbean, Thailand and Malaysia dinghy tenders and can be hired for Mediterranean tenders - please see optional price supplements)

What is not included in the price of your Flotilla holiday?

• Food and drink, optional beach parties and excursions
• Mooring/marina fees
• Marine/National park fees
• Cruising taxes in the Caribbean
• Non-UK airport taxes/departure taxes/duties and visas
• Holiday insurance
• Transfers if you arrange your own flight
• Refundable security deposit of £300 to cover against the loss or damage to your yacht, dinghy, outboard engine, windsurfer, ocean kayak and cruising chute as applicable (payable on arrival at the flotilla base)

Child discounts - Mediterranean and Caribbean Flotillas

For children of 12 years and under on the date of return from holiday we offer a 20% reduction off the per person price all season.

The following taxes and fees are payable in advance of your holiday and will be added to your invoice.

BVIs National Park Fees
Four or less people on board:
£14 per boat per week

Up to 6 people:
£19 per boat per week

Up to 8 people:
£24 per boat per week

Up to 10 people:
£30 per boat per week

• Additional people will be charged at £3 per person per boat per week
• 2 week charters will be charged at 2 x the one week prices shown above

NB: Ocean kayaks, outboard motors and skippers are allocated on a
first-come-first-served basis.

Advance provisioning

Sunsail Flotillas offers an online advance provisioning service. Our provisioning is based on variety and flexibility and all options are tailor-made to meet your catering needs, with vegetarian and special diets catered for where possible. You'll find provisioning with Sunsail Flotillas allows you to:

• Pre-order your items to ensure your preferred foods will be in stock at the start of your holiday
• Plan your menus to fit your sailing itinerary
• Know your provisioning costs in advance (although paid locally)
• Take it easy while your provisions are delivered to your yacht at the start of your charter

Aircraft fuel surcharge

Due to rising aircraft fuel prices we have to charge a fuel supplement which will vary as
fuel prices fluctuate.
