BE PART OF THE ACTION ON THE SOLENT DURING THE WORLD FAMOUS COWES RACE WEEK

Sunsail have their identically matched fleet of 60 Sunfast 37’s available to enter into their exclusive class. And with a professional skipper to guide you through the course, you can’t afford to miss out on this fantastic opportunity!

Evening of arrival
  • 1900 hrs Arrive at the Sunsail officelocated in the Events Centre to meet their skipper
  • Safety briefing and sleep on board. (Clients to provide their own bed linen and towels)

Race Day
  • 0830 hrs Regatta breakfast on board yacht in Cowes Yacht Haven. Depart marina for the Solent for general familiarisation and practice sailing and race training
  • 1100 hrs Prepare for race
  • 1130 hrs Sunsail race starts (timings occasionally vary depending on weather and tide conditions for the day) Packed lunch whilst racing
  • 1630 hrs Return yacht to Cowes Yacht Haven and attend the Sunsail prize giving party
  • 1700 hrs Crew depart yacht

There is a huge amount of “après sailing” activities to enjoy in and around Cowes Yacht Haven and Cowes centre itself. You are welcome to stay around the marina for the evening and depart at your leisure.

Price of £195 per person per day includes:

Hire of Sunsail Yacht, professional skipper, waterproofs and overnight accommodation on board
Regatta breakfast and packed lunch with soft drinks on board
Race entry fees and race organisation
Marina passes on arrival night
