SKANDIA COWES WEEK FULL CHARTER PACKAGE


Sunsail have their identically matched fleet of 60 Sunfast 37s available to enter into their exclusive Class at Skandia Cowes week 2008. The overall winners of the class will receive a Sunsail Clubs Holiday in the Mediterranean for each member of the crew.

Charter Package Friday 1st August to Saturday 9th August of £8500 includes:

  • Hire of a Sunfast 37 yacht from 12.00 hrs Friday 1st August, to 12.00 hrs Saturday 9th August.
  • Race entry fees into Sunfast 37 class daily races during Saturday through to Friday inclusive.
  • Overnight marina berths in Cowes from Friday to Friday inclusive (returning yachts by 12.00 on Saturday 9th August).
  • Free entry passes into Cowes Yacht Haven throughout the Regatta for up to eight crew members.
  • Entry for your crew to the Sunsail post-race daily prize party.
  • Shore based support from the Sunsail team for the duration of the event.
  • Yacht engine hours.
  • Eight sets of wet weather gear.
  • VAT at 17.50%.
In addition you can book the yacht for Sunday the 10th August for an extra cost of £400

Hiring a Sunsail Skipper
Sunsail Skippers can be hired for £200.00 per day plus VAT and out of pocket expenses. The Skipper will be resident on board your yacht for the duration of the event meaning that you will be limited to six crew members sleeping on board (yachts are coded and equipped to sail with a maximum of eight people).

Booking
We hope that you will take up this opportunity to book one of our Sunfast 37s and in order to secure your yacht; we require a non-refundable deposit of £1000 as soon as possible.

ANY EXTRAS? Why not take advantage of our additional features such as corporate branding, and sponsoring a day’s racing - enabling you to host the evening drinks party. This will give you the opportunity to not only be seen out on the water at one of the worlds major sailing event but also on the land creating a presence, mixing with people like yourselves that count.

The Skandia Cowes Week Sunsail Corporate Hospitality Area 2007 was a huge success for breakfasts enabling hosts to meet and greet daily guests on their arrival in the marina. We will be offering this facility again but space is limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Breakfast will be £12.95+VAT per person per day.
