The Beach Team in all of our Clubs is an integral part of our guest’s holiday, they love to quiz you for the latest tips and socialise with you at dinner.

Dinghy Instructors

We are looking for RYA Dinghy Instructors of varying levels to join our beach teams in both Greece and Turkey. All the courses we run are RYA affiliated. These include Start sailing, Basic Skills, Sailing with Spinnakers, Cat courses, stage 1-4 for kids and powerboat Level 2. During the week, as well as teaching courses you will also be conducting short clinics on our various areas of sailing, running our daily races, beach work - including rigging, de-rigging, maintaining and repairing kit and also providing safety boat cover. Kid's Sailing Instructors - NEW FOR 2008!

If you have your RYA Dinghy Instructors, but have a passion for teaching children maybe this is the role for you?  We are looking for experienced Kid's Instructors to run our new Sunsail Youth Sailing Clubs.  Arranging activities and structured teaching in and around the water!  You will work alongside the Dinghy Instructors, assisting will all normal duties whilst your teaching will mainly be with ages 5-17 years.  If your interested in the role and want to apply or find out more click here!

Windsurf Instructors

Windsurfing within our clubs is getting bigger and better all the time! We are looking for RYA Windsurf Instructors and Senior Instructors to enthuse our guests to both start to windsurf and then to improve on their skills too. We currently run Level 1 courses, but our instructors also run windsurf clinics and races as well as one to one tuition throughout the week. Waterski/Wakeboard Instructors

All of our Clubs across the Med are recognised as British Federation Ski Schools. We are looking for fully qualified BWSF Instructors and ski boat drivers who are enthusiastic and want to get the most out of our guests. We offer several courses of lessons for a range of abilities as well as Weekly clinics that you will run to encourage guests to get out on the water.Click here to find out more and to apply online.

Yacht Instructors

To be a Yacht Instructor at one of our clubs you need to have your RYA Coastal Skipper (Comm endorsed) and ideally have had some experience in teaching. You will provide formal/informal instruction of 3-day Yacht courses on our day yachts. These include the basics of mooring up, sail setting and skippering your own yacht. You will also take weekly briefings for day sails and maintain our day yachts throughout the season.
