Sunsail is the worldwide leader in Flotilla and Yacht Charter Holidays and has been for the last 30 years.

As part of the TUI Travel plc, there are some great opportunities to develop a career in the yacht charter industry. We recruit for some of the other leading yacht charter brands including The Moorings and Footloose. So far from being just a seasonal job, we can offer positions year round throughout the world.

Many of our Base Managers and Senior Managers started their careers on Flotilla and haven't looked back since.

Our Flotillas run from our  bases in Greece, Turkey, Croatia, St Vincent, The Bahamas and the British Virgin Islands. Our Yacht Charter bases are spread out throughout the world from the Caribbean to Australia and are positioned in some of the best sailing locations you can find.

For Flotilla, we recruit lead crews that consist of a Skipper, Engineer and Host.   You'll be responsible for 12 yachts and up to 60 clients each week, taking them around your sailing area and making sure they have a fantastic holiday.

If you are new to the industry, then working with us is a perfect way to cement in your skippering skills as well as developing your yacht maintenance knowledge.   Customer Service is relaxed but professional and you'll be interacting with your customers throughout the week. 

We keep the same teams together all season and encourage the crews to really put their own style on the Flotilla. 
We operate the biggest and best equipped lead boats in the industry so your 35-42ft yacht will be a comfortable home for the season.

Shore based opportunities are also available for Skippers, Engineers and Hosts. In these roles are involved in preparing and maintaining yachts ready for charter and ensuring clients are fully briefed. In addition, Skippers will go on charter with guests and deliver and re-locate yachts.
