Moorings
Primarily anchoring in protected anchorages with a number of well-equipped marinas. The islands are mountainous so no matter which direction the prevailing winds are blowing you will always find a comfortable overnight anchorage.
The best sailing is in the deep waters of the Inner Channel and Victoria Channel. Trade winds are usually fairly consistent out of an easterly direction. Tidal range is minimal, being about 18" at springs.
