The Firth of Clyde is a beautiful cruising area with the prevailing winds blowing from the west at force 2 to 5. The waters of The Clyde are usually calm as they are sheltered by the nearby islands. The tidal range is 3.5m and the navigation is easy with access to the Yacht Haven available at all states of tide.
