2007 Sunsail Worldwide Yachting Brochure and Price List update

Please note the following amendments to our 2007 Sunsail Worldwide Yachting Brochure and Price List:

BROCHURE

Pg 14 The Dalmatian Coast, Croatia
Kornati will not be available as a Sunsail base for 2007.

Pg 22 Ionian, Greece
Corfu will not be available as a Sunsail base for 2007.

Pg 65 Your Sunsail fleet
Your Yacht - Transom BBQs are only available in the Caribbean

Pg 76 Other yachts
The Sunsail Hunter 386 is no longer available for charter.

Pg 78  Booking Conditions
2. Your charter price - Please note the following detail has been added:
‘If you make your deposit or balance payments with a credit card this will be subject to a 2% surcharge. (Capped at £50) This does not apply to payments made by cheque or debit card.’

10. Equipment and Yacht Insurance Cover - Please note that this paragraph has been amended and now reads as follows: ‘Our equipment and yachts are comprehensively insured. Our policy provides full cover for the equipment and yachts and no less than $10m US third party cover for your skipper and crew. Sunsail cannot be held responsible for any loss which you may suffer as a result of the insurers failing to indemnify any risk through you providing incorrect information of previous sailing experience when requested. A refundable security deposit of £300, payable at the Sunsail base by credit or debit card, will be required to cover the excess for any damage incurred to the yacht or damage to or loss of ancillary equipment such as dinghy tender, outboard engine, windsurfer, ocean kayak, cruising chute and GPS. However, should damage or loss to yachts and equipment be caused as a result of not obeying Sunsail instructions, then he or she will be liable for the full amount of repair or replacement and any resulting costs. Adults will at all times be responsible for minors in their charge.’
16. Data Protection - Please not the additional information detailed below.
Notice regarding the use of personal details of passengers traveling to the Caribbean Specifically: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, British Virgin Islands, Dominica, Montserrat, St Kitts and Nevis, St Vincent and the Grenadines - members of ‘Caricom’

Please note that some or all of the above Caricom states will enter into an agreement with the USA whereby advance passenger data, required by and provided to Caricom states for border security purposes, will be passed to the USA Department for Homeland Security for processing on behalf of those Caricom states. The UK Information Commissioner’s Office has accepted that this will not breach the Data Protection Act but that we are required to bring this to your attention.
