COVID-19 Travel Restrictions in Athens

We would also advise that you contact your airline for the most up to date information around entry requirements and re-entry to your home country.

While Greece is opening its borders for international travelers, certain Policies and Procedures will need to be followed when entering the country, before and during your stay there.

Before You Go

  • All travellers arriving in Greece, regardless of their country of origin, are no longer required to display a valid certificate of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19, or evidence of a negative test result from SARS-CoV-2 infection (PCR or Rapid Antigen test). However, a simplified Passenger Locator Form (PLF) remains in operation, the completion of which is OPTIONAL, for the sole purpose of enabling the traveller / family to issue an EU Certificate of negative or positive COVID-19 test result.
  • Submit your full guest list in advance of travel to us via the manage my booking link
  • We recommend purchasing travel insurance

During Your Charter

  • Guests will have to keep a temperature log every day.
  • Masks are mandatory indoors.
  • If you test positive during your charter, please get in touch with your insurance provider for advice. Guests will be required to quarantine in Government chosen hotels between 5 & 10 days (depending on the case and vaccination status).
  • We are dedicated to giving you peace of mind when you charter with us. Our industry-leading safety measures include the fogging and disinfecting of all yachts before each charter begins.

Covid-19 Testing Centres in Athens


  • The hospital is in Sotiria, which is located about 30 minutes from the base by taxi
  • Testing can also be done at private hospitals, but you must call to arrange an appointment
  • You can also have a doctor come to you for testing, but you must call +30 2108060098 to schedule an appointment
  • The PCR test, Antibody test (method Elisa) and B22 Fast Test Antigen tests are available. The cost ranges from 120 Euros to 300 Euros. The results are usually given by phone or email within 24-48 hours.
