Our Dubrovnik base is situated in the attractive village of Komolac, a 10-minute taxi ride from Dubrovnik Old Town. ‘The Pearl of the Adriatic’, Dubrovnik Old Town is one of the best-preserved medieval walled cities in the world and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Spend your first day making yourself at home amidst the Renaissance palaces and ancient citadels, exploring the labyrinth of marble paved streets to find hidden cafés and shops.

Suđurađ, Šipan Island

From Dubrovnik’s picturesque harbour, set sail on your flotilla yacht charter for Croatia’s clear Adriatic waters. You’ll head north up the Kolocepski Channel toward the lush island of Šipan, the largest of the Elaphiti Islands. Glide along the majestic Pelješac coastline, stopping to enjoy the beautiful beaches on Lopud Island before mooring in Šipan for the night.

Drink in the views

Stroll out of town for picturesque views across the productive olive and fruit groves of beautiful Šipan.

Suggested lunch spots

Drop anchor on Lopud Island’s Šunj beach and head ashore to sample baked octopus or griddled sardines at one of the thatched-awning beach bars.

Suđurađ to Polače, Mljet

Polače,  Mljet Island

Cruise north from Suđurađ along the length of the island of Mljet until you reach the protected bay that crowns the village of Polače. Drop anchor in the picturesque bay of Mljet National Park for easy access to the park’s dense woodland and two saltwater lakes.

It’s a straight shot of blue water sailing from Polače to Lumbarda on the Eastern Cape of Korčula. This charming fisherman’s village is situated in the famous Grk wine vineyards. Enjoy your afternoon relaxing on the many sandy beaches or head to the vineyards for wine tasting.

Okuklje (Mljet), Croatia

Reunite with your Mljet flotilla fleet at the relaxed seaside village of Okuklje. Located on the northern shores of Mljet, this tiny village is perched in a winding, sheltered bay where the water is warm and velvety smooth. You’ll find a handful of restaurants on the main street, although you may want to catch up with your Mljet flotilla companions over G&Ts on deck.

Take the opportunity to explore parts of Koločep, Lopud and Šipan that you may have missed before or sail directly to Dubrovnik to spend your last day enjoying the old-world charms of this spectacular city.
