Begin your journey with a warm welcome of finger food and local homemade wines on the shimmering Portorosa Marina. Sleep on board that night and wake up to your morning yacht briefing held by the lead crew.

Portorosa to Vulcano

Head towards the other-worldly island of Vulcano and anchor in a beautiful bay just south of the island, before cruising onward to Levente or Ponente bay on Vulcano. After a day of exploring, unwind with mouth-watering seafood and local wines at a restaurant near the port.

Faraglione della Fabbrica

If there is time, discover the therapeutic mud baths and natural hot springs of Vulcano, a unique phenomenon known as Faraglione della Fabbrica.

Leaving Vulcano’s unique landscapes, we will stop at the beautiful and stylish island of Panarea for lunch. Following lunch, enjoy a sail to the island of Stromboli, where you will have free time to explore. Discover the island’s black sand beaches, or spend the afternoon at the small village of Ginostra, where an interesting blend of Neapolitan and Sicilian sweet delicacies meet rural Sicilian countryside.

Stromboli's Active Volcano

Enjoy fantastic panoramic views of Stromboli’s active volcano towering neatly over the islands stark white houses. A 30-minute walk will take you up to the observatory restaurant, where you can dine on typical Sicilian cuisine while soaking in the beautiful view.

Stromboli to Salina

Moving on from Stromboli, we sail towards the tiny islet of Basiluzzo, the smallest of the eight Aeolian islands, for a day stop with stunning scenery. Later we sail to Salina, with its lush green mountains and fresh water springs, where we’ll end the day with dinner at a local restaurant complete with wine tasting.

Pollara

Visit Pollara on the northwest coast and find the rustic snack bar called L’Oasi. Here, you can unwind with beautiful sunset views overlooking the small islands of Allicudi and Filicudi, while tucking into delicious snacks and sweet Malvasia wine.

Salina to Filicudi

After stopping for lunch at Pollara, the next island on our itinerary is Filicudi which is among the prettiest and least-developed island in the Aeolian archipelago. Characterised by stunning blue grottos and prehistoric villages, flotilla guests will visit a local sheep farm on the island and end the day enjoying a buffet Italian dinner on the marina prepared by the locals.

Grotta del Bue Marino

If there is time, enjoy exploring the Grotta del Bue Marino on the west coast of Filicudi in the afternoon. This is the perfect time to catch the sun’s rays reflecting off the water, transforming the cave into a beautiful cobalt blue grotto.

Filicudi to Lipari

Heading towards the largest Aeolian Island of Lipari, we will anchor at the famous white pumice beach “spiaggia Bianca di pomici” before docking in marina Lunga for the night. In the evening, we will join together for a wine tasting, and tuck into Sicilian delicacies at a traditional restaurant.

Wander through the breath-taking streets in the town of Lipari to uncover Aeolian treasures throughout the ages. Enjoy absolute tranquillity in Lipari’s 13th century cathedral while also getting a unique glimpse into ancient Norman architecture

Lipari to Portorosa

On our return journey to Portorosa, we will anchor near the southern end of Lipari to admire the island’s towering cliffs and volcanic rock formations known as Faraglioni di Lipari. Afterwards, we sail onwards to Portorosa to enjoy our final farewell dinner together.

Time permitting, consider a visit to the nearby beautiful vineyard of Azienda Agricola Cambria in Furnari. Enjoy local cheese and a fantastic selection of Sicilian wines while soaking in panoramic views overlooking Portorosa
